After 15 seconds, when I saw Dan trying to ski back to take his pole … i was grinning …. one competitor less
Less than 3 minutes passed, and there was this skinny American passing me … forgot to grin further!
There is no way I am going to be lured into teasing you about that……. I know what is coming for me as payback.
…More tiramisu so I am not so skinny, and a thrashing on the bike.
Its starting to gain traction over here in the US. Crested Butte will be hosting 4 evening races this late Feb/March …and then our own version of the Sellaronda…the Elk Mtn Grand Traverse! Nice site! Will you be over in Andorra for the World Champs? If so see you there with the US crew.
Ya, Colorado is the logical place for the Rando Races – Californians are lazy… seems the evening races are an ideal way to get people interested, Race/Party.
WOW, I am touched: that is exactly our 1st day training last Summer , in prep 4 the UTMB. Aug described it all: http://www.abci.it
Dan: 4km in 32 min, +500m, heartrate of a teenager: YOU ITALIAN IN DISGUISE!
…I am making up a good, tough team here, we’ll train hard and be ready to defend our title next year, YOU YANKEE!
Ya, I was a bit shocked at those numbers. Still got it! Turbotucci is an old nickname.
