...Like IGOR (3rd comment) for the dreams. As for more realistic plans:
- share with more and more trail runners my YOGA FOR RUNNERS program
- train well for all mountain and marathon races of the year
- run a better CCC-Ultra Trail Mont Blanc teaming up with someone who aims at 22 hrs or lower.
- run a better( longer, 90k) Lavaredo Ultra Trail
- pass the next level as teacher of Iyengar Yoga
- See Lance climbing up in a hard stage of the Tour
- get well acquainted with high altitude (4 a long term, 2011 plan)
- have my 2 boys finish school well (no "materie a Settembre", please)
- be a better sailer on Aug's 33ft. boat.
- be a better bike-rider, so as to deserve a real bike ( and leave the heavy one I got with the points earned at the gas station 10years ago, a green one you see up and down the road to Cortina)
... and this is enough for this year, NAMASTE'

Jonathan - I live over in the East Bay and do a lot of the same sports and similar constraints - give a shout if you want to hit the trail for a ride or run

Cheers,
Chris

I'll put my larger goal for 2010 of focusing on only a handful of projects into practice. You seemed to ask 2 questions - what are we, your reader's doing and what do we want to see?

- 5 day mini-epic mountain bike adventure on the Colorado trail with friends.
- Maybe a Marin Headlands self supported ultra marathon/ adventure race
- And something else as yet to be determined...

And what to see from Dolomitesport.com? Keep doing what you're doing which is inspire mountain adventure. I saw a picture of Ama Dablam in Nepal on Greg Mortensen's kitchen counter a few years back and was climbing the mountain a year later - that picture helped inspire my mountain adventure - if yours do the same for your readers - that's pretty powerful..

Not as easy as it sounds! A sample, at least:

- Descent of Mt Alpenglow's NW bowl over Turnagain Arm, Alaska, during a bore tide event, preferably with 'bergs in the ocean.
- Ski in the Bella Coola region.
- Tour from the highway between the Cassiar Hwy and Hyder AK.
- Climb- or even get to see- The Devil's Thumb in the Stikine Icecap.
- Learn to surf, and not be a gaper and swallow half the wave.
- Do another descent of Fish's Breath in powder conditions.

Whoa! that's a lot... I better get busy already!
